Casa a schiera con giardino in vendita a Torrox Pueblo

This traditional village house is located in one of the most emblematic streets of the white village of Torrox, just a few minutes’ walk from the main square of the village, where we find everything we need for our day to day life. The property is distributed over two floors. At the entrance we find a spacious hall, on the left hand side we find the living room with large windows. Back to the entrance hall, a door opens into the dining room area with kitchen. On this floor we also find another living room which opens onto a shared outdoor patio, where by means of some stairs we access a basement which needs a complete renovation. The back of the house also has a plot where you can make a large garden and enjoy the good climate and the beautiful views towards the mountains and the village. Back to the house, some stairs lead us to the second floor, where we find 4 very luminous bedrooms and a bathroom. Several of the bedrooms have a Juliette style balcony overlooking the street. This old house has a lot of traditional Andalusian features, such as wooden doors and windows, old floor tiles, old window grills and much more. With a major reform this magnificent townhouse could be a good opportunity for an investor looking to convert it into a B&B or several flats, or even for a large family looking to enjoy all the amenities of the area.
